- List every monthly bill. Internet, phone, insurance, electric, streaming, apps, memberships.
- Compare to last month. Circle any amount that went up, a promo that ended, or a new fee.
- Scan your card and bank statements for recurring charges you don’t recognize or no longer use.
- Write down contract end and renewal dates. Those are the best times to compare or ask for a better rate.
